From this site's FAQ:
This is a Democratic blog, a partisan blog. One that recognizes that Democrats run from left to right on the ideological spectrum, and yet we're all still in this fight together . . . It's a Democratic blog with one goal in mind: electoral victory.
From Hillary Clinton:
"[John McCain]’s never been the president, but he will put forth his lifetime of experience. I will put forth my lifetime of experience. Senator Obama will put forth a speech he made in 2002."
As I have long suspected, there are actually three major political parties in America: the Democratic Party, the Republican Party, and the Clinton Party. And now, the putative nominee of the Clinton Party has stated, in witheringly disparaging words, that the Republican nominee is superior, on the issue of "experience," to the Democratic nominee. Today, in essence, Hillary Clinton, by the terms of this site, outed herself as a troll.
There's not much more to say.
I haven't had much use for the Clintons since early 1992, when Clinton I utilized as a "campaign tactic" the execution of a mentally disabled black man.
Ricky Ray Rector, became world famous upon his execution in 1992. Then Governor Bill Clinton left the campaign trail in January of that year to sign the warrant for Rector’s execution. Rector’s mental capacity was such that when taken from his cell as a “dead man walking” he told a guard to save his pie. He thought he would return to finish his dessert.
I try to remember this story when I am told that all Black people love Bill Clinton or that he should be considered the first Black president. Clinton wasn’t Black when Rector needed him. He was just another politician who didn’t want to be labeled soft on crime.
The best I can say about the Clinton I administration is that during it I did not feel actively attacked by my government, as I did by the Republican administrations that preceded and succeeded it. Dutifully I supported the man, and during the disgraceful impeachment of The Clenis, which I recently described here as a national embarrassment akin to the Spanish-American War, I not only felt his pain, but spilled gallons of ink in his defense.
Early on in this cycle, I had dully resigned myself to an additional eight years, tacked onto the pre-existing 28 years, of ludicrous dueling-dynasty rule over what is allegedly a democratic republic. Then, I was heartened that the voters of the Democratic Party actually seemed to be throwing off the shackles of monarchy. More recently, I have become daily more nauseated, as it has become increasingly clear that Clinton II will say anything, do anything, to "earn" "her turn."
Today, I am content, because Clinton II, having outed herself with a comment that, coming from a member of this community, would have earned that member a quick trip to Hidden Comments, has made it abundantly clear that, as a "Democrat," she too deserves to be "hidden." As the nominee of the Clinton Party, she has made it clear that she believes the nominee of the Republican Party to be superior to that of the Democratic Party. In this, she reveals herself to be no Democrat. She is simply Herself.
So, Goodbye Hillary Clinton. Good luck rounding up sufficient numbers of Clinton Party voters to bestow upon you "your turn." For, from this day forward, you certainly can't expect any support from people like us, people who are Democrats.
